So I made my first trip to Minnesota since I had my first baby. I know, it’s January – why would a person fly to bitter-cold Minnesota in the winter? Well, my family lives there and I wanted to show off my little girl.

 It is always a pleasure to hear our clients talk so highly of one of the small “mom and pop” type shops in Cary. Trendy Toes Children’s Shoe Store is located at 1235 Kildaire Farm Road in Cary. Trendy Toes does not have a website but they sure do get great reviews on other sites.

 It's time to shop for a home if you are a first time buyer. The Stimilus bill states that you must be closed on that home by November 30, 2009 to get the $8,000 tax credit. Good news on the market front is that the rates are still well below 6%. There are special mortgage plans that help first-time buyers.
If your credit is not the best, we can still check around and try to find the mortgage company that can give you a loan. The time is right. The rates are great! And the $8,000 tax credit makes it awesome.

 Located at the corner of Kildaire Farm Road and Maynard in Cary, NC is a Pit Stop run by Tim. Having two vehicles that are wrapped (see www.cary-homes.com) and a moving truck, there are always days when you get a flat tire or you need an inspection or your car isn't running right.
